Volunteer Phone Counselor
At 2NDFLOOR, we are proud of the supportive connection that our staff and volunteers provide to every caller. Our volunteer phone counselor training program allows for scheduling flexibility and incorporates computer, classroom and hands-on learning. Our call center is located in Monmouth County, NJ.
Street Team Leader
Help us spread the word about 2NDFLOOR! As a Street Team Leader, you will become a “voice” for 2NDFLOOR in your school and community. Write an article or create a 2NDFLOOR advertisement for your local or school newspaper, hand out 2NDFLOOR items at a community event, even introduce your coaches and teachers to 2NDFLOOR.
2NDFLOOR “Host”
If you have a talent, like to entertain, or would just like to raise money for a great cause, consider becoming a 2NDFLOOR “Host”. There are so many unique ways to fundraise — use one of ours or create your own!

Parent Partner
Are you the member of a local parent's group, PTA, or other educational/family-oriented group? As a parent, you know that today's young people face a tremendous number of challenges. Help us spread the word, parent to parent, about the valuable service 2NDFLOOR provides any young person 24 hours a day/7 days a week.
2NDFLOOR Ambassador
Help to make sure that every child in your community knows about the 2NDFLOOR Youth Helpline. Set up a table at a community fair, local concert, school/corporate event or religious gathering. Provide giveaways and information to guests who visit your table.
