I’m tired of living…I feel like everyone hates me. My family hates me, I have no friends. I’m a year clean from self harm but the urges are so loud. I have panic attacks that make me throw up. No one helps me, no one cares, no one listens. I’m just feeling really alone and done :(
It sounds like you're feeling a lot of emotional pain and if you need immediate assistance please call 998 for emergency help. If you have a therapist please communicate your feelings and concerns openly with them. See if you can join a support where you can talk to peers who are going through similar experiences as it can be can be incredibly validating. Lastly practice self care so you can help yourself during challenging time, focus on self-care strategies that help you feel grounded and supported. Please know you are not alone. Life is really tough and can feel exhausting. But what is happening today isn’t forever and how you feel today can change. Try to take one thing at a time. Try to be kind to yourself and know that better times can be around the corner. You are very brave for writing this post.
