I have personally only ever used 2NDFLOOR once. I guess I am fortunate enough to be pretty okay stress wise. The counselor I had went over and beyond. They were there for me, they helped me find resources that I didn’t know existed, they helped me figure out options for my situation. They truly showed that they cared about my concern. They didn’t care who I was or where I came from. They just cared about me and what I had to say. I am happy knowing that if I ever need someone to listen I have a safe place to reach out to. One that is #triedandtrue.
