Disordered Eating
So for the past year or so I've been struggling with an 3d and I've had good and bad days,so after awhile I got better at eating but sometimes r3laps3 happens and it's nothing to be ashamed of,so if your struggling know your not alone and it'll take awhile to get used to eating food again so don't push yourself! So taking the knowledge I have I have a few tips!!
Tips:
1- tell someone you trust it's better to have support
2- don't push yourself it'll make it harder
3- take deep breaths because it will get better

Thank you for sharing your experiences and the valuable tips you've gained throughout your journey. It takes a lot of bravery to discuss personal struggles, especially when it involves something as sensitive as eating habits. Your insights can be incredibly beneficial to others facing similar challenges. Here are some additional suggestions that might enhance your advice:
First, celebrate your small victories, no matter how insignificant they may seem, as every step forward contributes to your confidence. Practicing mindful eating can help you reconnect with the experience of meals by encouraging you to savor each bite and pay attention to your body’s signals. Keeping a journal to express your feelings about food can aid in processing emotions and identifying patterns in your eating habits. If you haven’t done so already, consider seeking guidance from a nutritionist or therapist specialized in eating disorders for personalized support. Surrounding yourself with positive influences and being patient with your healing journey can make a significant difference. Lastly, when you feel ready, explore new foods and engage in enjoyable activities to support your overall well-being. Remember, you are not alone, and sharing your journey helps others feel supported as well. Keep prioritizing self-care and recognize that progress can look different for everyone.
This is a safe space to share what's on your mind and to get support from real people.
