hi i am new to this so idk if this is going to help or not but i am willing to talk about what happened i have trouble with depression, anxiety a lot it’s been a hard month for me it’s not been easy but i just want to hear what other people think about this or have to say!

I have been struggling with depression for a long time now. I keep pretending like I am okay and I am better but in reality I am not. I can't keep doing this over and over again. It hurts alot :(
