It sometimes feels like he hates my guts. And I have sacrificed to much, for this relationship. I don’t know if I still love him or not.
This can happen in relationships from time to time. The first thing you may want to consider is having a conversation with him where you explain how you are feeling and see if that helps to clear anything up. Since he's the only one who knows if he "hates your guts" or if there is something else going on that you may not be aware of.
If you are unsure if you are still in love with him, you have the option to end things with him, you could talk to him about taking a break and seeing what that does, or you can stick it out for now until you are sure how you feel about him one way or the other and act from there.
