Both Me and Him have Depression, what do I do?

So in April of last year I meet the most amazing person.However, I have seasonal depression. And he is getting over a serious video game addiction (look it up it is real). So times are now harder. What are some tips that I can use to keep us both happy and motivated.

Having mental health illness comes with its challenges. So it is not impossible to date someone who has a mental health illness; however, you both have to be honest about how you are feeling. On harder days it is important not to take things personal and always have other trusted family and friends for support.
