School
Ever since I went to high school, which I'm now a sophomore, I've been getting very more stressed then I used to be. Almost having panic attacks 24/7. My love is always the one who's been calming me down yet we are in two different high schools. How the hell do I calm down without my lover and get less stressed?
Feeling overwhelmed by school is something many students experience, and it can arise from different reasons. To cope with high school stress, try to adopt healthy routines such as ensuring you get plenty of sleep, staying active with regular exercise, eating nutritious meals, enjoying music, and using relaxation methods like deep breathing. It’s also beneficial to pinpoint what’s causing your stress and reach out to your school counselor for support when necessary. I hope you find this advice helpful.
