i just feel so suffocated. anything i do feels suffocating. there is never any air. i’m just so exhausted and overwhelmed. i’m always overwhelmed and crying cause i’m overwhelmed. no matter what i do i feel like this or worse. i just feel every emotion i have at once all the time. everything is just to much and i have no one to talk to about it.
I understand what you’re feeling may seem overwhelming. Try to take a breath when you feel these emotions. I’m not sure what you are overwhelmed by, but if it is tasks try to make a to do list and put the easiest things at the top so you can feel accomplished. Also remember, life is hard. It is difficult and overwhelming. Everyone feels this way at times for different reasons. People can relate to this emotion, try to talk to someone you trust about it because they have likely also experienced this emotion.
I hope you're feeling a bit better today. I read that watching the same show regularly, like The Simpsons, can actually help with emotional regulation and provide comfort. It’s interesting how familiar stories and characters can offer us a sense of stability and reassurance. Maybe try it
