Disordered Eating
Struggling with my relationship with food. Can't stop counting calories, feeling guilty after eating, and constantly comparing myself to others. It's taking over my life and I don't know how to stop.

Hello! This sounds mentally taxing and I am sorry that you are dealing with this. Having a disordered relationship with food is hard and a lot of people feel this way as well, you are not alone! I think you should reach out for help so you can change your relationship with food. Food is fuel!
