MENTAL HEALTH
I'm tired..

When I say I'm tired the advice I'm given is "go to sleep earlier" or "take a nap"...

They don't understand what I mean..
I'm mentally tired it's so exhausting to live and I actually sometimes don't want to but

I promised to not stop living but sometimes it's hard I'm so mentally drained is exhausting even If I sleep at night I'm always tired mentally..

I can understand why you might feel that the advice you are given is not helpful. It seems like you're dealing with some mental exhaustion. One effective way to combat that fatigue is by getting enough rest and prioritizing self-care, which is why people might be suggesting you take a nap. I recommend starting a journal to help identify what's causing your stress and what might be triggering these feelings. Additionally, practicing mindfulness could be a great approach to help manage that mental exhaustion.

I'm really sorry to hear that you're feeling this way. It sounds like you're dealing with a profound level of mental exhaustion that goes beyond just needing rest. It's frustrating when people don't fully understand what you're experiencing and offer simple solutions that don't address the deeper issues.

Mental fatigue can be incredibly draining, and it's okay to acknowledge how hard it can be. It's important to take care of your mental health just as much as your physical health. If you haven't already, consider reaching out to someone who can provide support—whether that's a friend, family member, or a mental health professional. You deserve to be heard and to find ways to cope with what you're going through. Remember, it's okay to seek help, and you don't have to face this alone.

This is a safe space to share what's on your mind and to get support from real people.
