Family
So I have been feeling like this for a while, I either feel like I have to be absolutely perfect ALL the time and every time I mess up it’s the end of the world. I have so many problems, I feel like mess everything up, every single day something has to go wrong. Like one day just can’t go smoothly without SOMETHING blowing up in my face. I don’t know what to do anymore.
I’m sorry that you are feeling this way. It sounds like you are a bit too hard on yourself. Do you talk to anyone about your feelings like family or friends? Do you practice self talk if something doesn’t turn out completely how you wanted it? For example, just telling yourself everything is ok, things can’t always be perfect, and what is the worst thing to happen if it’s not. It sounds like since you stress out about this maybe that contributes to you feeling like everything blows up in your face. You can start writing down the positive things that happen which can help make you more aware that possibly more things go smoothly than you realize. If you would like to talk about this further you can text us on our app or call us on our helpline at 888-222-2228. We are available on both 24/7.
