Current mood

I don't know if I'd even call it a mood, I don't know what I feel. I'm either apathetic or angry all the time recently, and idk what to do. Everyone is telling me that their worried or that I'm a bad person as of recently, but I don't know how to fix it. I don't even have a reason to feel this way, my life's going fine, not great but not terribly. It's like I'm just stuck

Sometimes it is difficult to identify what you are feelings or what is causing you to feel a certain way. It’s okay to feel sad, frustrated, or even angry about a situation. Allowing yourself to feel process these emotions is part of healing.
It it might help to talk to someone about what you’re feeling—whether that's a friend, family member, or even a professional. Sharing your thoughts and emotions can often lighten the burden.

If you want to discuss these concerns at length please reach out to 2nffloor on the app or call 888-222-2228.

I completely understand the feeling of being stuck. There are times when you might feel trapped by the idea that you should be someone you're not or that life should look different than it does right now. It can be really helpful to let go of words like "should," "have to," and "must" that can weigh you down. Don't let others influence your thoughts and make you feel like you're not good enough. Take a moment to relax and reflect on those times when life felt calm and everything was alright. Remember, you can't control every aspect of life. I encourage you to consider therapy, as I believe it can be very helpful. Feel free to reach out to us at 2NDFLOOR by call or text anytime.

Sometimes a change in mood or behaviors can speak to bigger issues going on in people's life. That could be why people are concerned about you if you seem like a different person than you used to be in their eyes. It doesn't make you a bad person though. It could be that there are things going on that you're not recognizing that are having an impact on you so maybe if you haven't been able to fix it on your own you could use some form of professional help to figure it out. Good luck to you!

It sounds like you’re going through a really tough time, and it’s completely okay to feel this way. Sometimes, emotions can be confusing, especially when everything seems fine on the surface. It might help to take a step back and try to identify what's triggering these feelings, even if it seems like there’s no clear reason.

Talking to someone, whether it’s a friend, family member, or a mental health professional, can also provide some clarity and support. You’re not a bad person for feeling this way; it’s just part of being human. Remember, it’s okay to seek help and take time for yourself to figure things out. You don’t have to navigate this alone, and there are people who care and want to support you.

This is a safe space to share what's on your mind and to get support from real people.
