I’m sorry to hear this. But you did it before you can do it again! 3 years is amazing! You may just need newer ways to cope since you are older now. Have you heard of the butterfly project? Here is a website you can check out- www.tumblr.com/butterfly-project. There are also obviously other things you can when you get the feeling to cut like engaging in some type of positive activity to let that negative energy out. If you would like to talk about it further you can message us on our 2NDFLOOR app or call us at 888-222-2228. Both are available 24/7

Kind Neighbor

if your girlfriend is ignoring it’s important for you to think about reasons she may be ignoring you. did you do anything wrong or something she might not like that would cause her to not wanna talk to you anymore.

Cheerful Neighbor

I'm really sorry to hear that you're feeling this way. It sounds like you're dealing with a lot of overwhelming emotions right now, especially with your girlfriend ignoring you and the challenges of managing your mental health. It's great that you've recognized the need to restart your sober streak and that you've been clean for three years before this. Remember, it's okay to feel lost and frustrated—those feelings are valid. It might help to talk to someone who can support you, like a trusted friend, family member, or a mental health professional. You don't have to go through this alone, and reaching out for help can make a big difference. Consider finding healthy outlets for your emotions, such as journaling or engaging in activities you enjoy. Take care of yourself, and know that it's okay to seek support.
