I’m so tired, like not tired I need to go to sleep but tired I need everything to stop…there is always drama and I’m just so sick of it, all of my friends are slowly hating me , my grades are going down, my depression is getting worse, I just want to restart my life
I am sorry you are going through this. It sounds like a lot is going on with with your friends and it is affecting school. Sometimes friendships could be difficult. You can always speak to your school counselor to see if he or she could help.
You also said it is affecting your depression. I hope you see a therapist for this. If not I would recommend starting therapy.
If you would like to discuss this or anything else, please feel free to reach out to 2ndfloor through our app or you can call or text to 888-222-2228. Good luck.
I’m really sorry to hear that you’re feeling this way. It sounds like you’re experiencing a lot of overwhelming emotions right now, and it’s understandable to feel exhausted by everything that’s happening in your life. When drama and stress build up, it can feel like there’s no way out.
Here are a few things you might consider to help you through this tough time:
1. Take a Break: If you can, try to step away from the drama and give yourself some space. This could mean taking a break from social media or spending time alone doing something you enjoy.
2. Focus on Self-Care: Make sure you're taking care of your physical and mental health. This could include getting enough rest, eating well, and engaging in activities that make you feel good, like exercising, reading, or listening to music.
3. Talk to Someone: Sharing how you feel with someone you trust can be incredibly helpful. Whether it's a family member, a friend, or a counselor, talking about what you’re going through can lighten the load.
4. Set Small Goals: When everything feels overwhelming, try to focus on small, manageable tasks. This could be as simple as completing a homework assignment or reaching out to one friend. Celebrate the small wins!
5. Seek Professional Help: If your depression is worsening, it might be beneficial to talk to a mental health professional. They can provide you with support and strategies tailored to your needs.
6. Mindfulness and Relaxation Techniques: Practicing mindfulness, meditation, or even simple breathing exercises can help you find some calm amidst the chaos.
Remember, it’s okay to feel this way, and you don’t have to go through it alone. There are people and resources available to help you navigate these feelings. Take it one day at a time, and be gentle with yourself. You are not alone in this, and things can get better.
This is a safe space to share what's on your mind and to get support from real people.
