Is this a feeling?

Lately I noticed that if I’m not sad I don’t really feel anything. I’m not like happy or mad or scared I’m just existing. I really don’t know if this is a feeling but I just feel like if I’m not sad, than I don’t feel anything else. Is there something wrong with me?

I am sorry you are feeling this way. if you’ve been feeling blue, sad loss of energy loss of interest of things that you enjoy doing those sorts of things you may be time see a therapist. This individual can help you sort out your feelings with thought process, and how to improve in those areas. This individual can also teach you coping strategies.
