I have times where I cannot fall asleep and my restless leg syndrome comes out and I just can’t do anything. It’s not anything like medical or anything like that, but I cannot sleep (as I’m writing this now in a matter of fact at 1:18am. Please help I don’t know what to do and my panic attacks from them have been getting worse!
