hi there thanks for reaching out to 2ndfloor. this all sounds so overwhelming. have you tried talking to the guidance counselor when you’re feeling overwhelmed thru out the day at school? he or she might help you become more relaxed in the moment when these feelings
start. you can reply back, chat with us on the app, or call 2ndfloor at anytime. thank you.
I'm really sorry to hear that you're feeling this way. It sounds really tough to feel like people are staring and being rude, even if they don't mean to. School can be a hard place sometimes, especially when you feel like you're not connecting with your friends like you used to.
It's okay to feel like things are changing and maybe not in a good way. It happens to a lot of people. Maybe try talking to your friends about how you feel? They might not even realize you're feeling this way, and it could help to share what’s on your mind.
Also, remember that you don’t have to go through this alone. If you can, talk to a teacher, counselor, or a trusted adult about how you're feeling. They can help you find ways to make things better.
Take it one day at a time, and be kind to yourself. You’re doing your best, and that’s what matters!
This is a safe space to share what's on your mind and to get support from real people.
