It’s very stressful to keep up with all I have to do and feel like I’m am disappointing people slot. I abbsit my little sister and she isn’t doing well in school but I’m so busy it’s hard to help her, I just don’t know what to focus on.
Life can definitely be stressful at times and feel overwhelming, but here are a few things you can try to make things more manageable. First, if you have anything that you do on a regular basis that you can give up, do it. Not everything fits this category, but sometimes we can find unnecessary things that we can either get rid of or cut back on. Second, set a time limit for the important things. If helping your sister is important to you, set aside a 1/2 hour a day to sit with her and help her out (you can adjust that however it best fits your schedule), set aside an hour for homework, 1/2 hour of self time, etc. Finally, try to make a schedule, phones have reminders with times, that helps you keep track of what needs to be done and when. Try these out and see how it goes. If you still want to talk about this further, feel free to call or chat with us at 888-222-2228 or from our app. Good luck with your stress!
