Mental Health
I have a lot of friends and people who love me but I always feel alone. I just have so much like pain and sadness and I about to fucking end it. I feel like I can’t talk about it and I feel like I have to mask it infront of people because I don’t want them to worry. Idk what to do.
If you are experiencing thoughts of wanting to end your life, I strongly encourage you to speak with your parents about taking you to the emergency room for assistance. I am concerned about your feelings of loneliness and believe that discussing your emotions with a therapist could provide valuable insights. Are you currently having any thoughts of self-harm?
I'm really sorry to hear that you're feeling this way. It's important to talk to someone who can help you, such as a mental health professional or a trusted person in your life. You don’t have to go through this alone; there are people who care and want to support you. Please consider reaching out to someone who can help. You deserve to feel better. You can text or call 2NDFLOOR 24/7 at 888-222-2228.

I feel exactly the same but without the suicidal thoughts. Talk to a friend that you know cares about you. Friends aren't family so it's easier to admit to them but trust me the exit to depression shouldn't be as narrow as it is and you have people who care. You cared enough to download this app for yourself. That means you can care enough to dig yourself out. Remember there a millions of tiny things living in your body fighting for your life. People care you just need to look closer at life. You have one life to pull off amazing things. Don't end it. Please don't... If this didn't help I'm really sorry
This is a safe space to share what's on your mind and to get support from real people.
