I hate myself im not happy with myself or the way i look or the way i am
It sounds like you could use some help with your self-esteem and/or confidence. There are tons of books out there and even some websites that might be beneficial for you. For example, here is one that you might like:

and it's literally the tip of the iceberg. If you read some books and check out some pages and are still struggling with self-esteem you might benefit from some professional counseling to get you to like yourself better. Sometimes even something really simple like writing down one thing a day that you do like about yourself or writing some positive affirmations on a post it note and sticking it on your mirror might be helpful. Depending on what you mean when you say you are not happy with "the way I am" that could also be worked on, like as an example if you feel unhappy with how you talk to people, you could work on taking a pause before responding to people to give yourself a moment to consider what you are going to say. In any case, you can work on liking yourself or changing some of the unhealthy things that you don't like about yourself and it will take time, but with some effort you will likely see continuous improvement. I’m sorry to hear that you are feeling this way about yourself. It can be difficult to have self confidence especially at certain stages of life. Confidence is something that has to be built and it is possible to practice doing this. You can start with affirmations, which are sayings that can pick you up like “I am enough” “I believe in myself” … there are so many if you google examples.
