Why am I fat? I don't like it.
I am glad you reached out to 2ndfloor for help. If you feel like you are overweight there is always something you can do about it. First go to your medical doctor to make sure that there isn't anything physical going on. If there isn't, you can ask your doctor to recommend a diet or an eating plan for you. If he or she feels you are physically able to exercise, you can then start an exercise regime.
