I been self harm free for 1 year but still get urges
I'm really sorry to learn that you're facing difficulties. Overcoming self-harm can be quite challenging, but the fact that you've been free from it for a year is something to celebrate. Remember to take things one day at a time. If you have a therapist, I encourage you to reach out to them; if not, seeking one could be beneficial. Consider keeping a journal to track your triggers and explore ways to cope with them. When you feel the urge to harm yourself, try using an ice cube on the areas where you usually inflict pain, or use a rubber band as a distraction. I hope you find this advice helpful.
This is a safe space to share what's on your mind and to get support from real people.
