2NDFLOOR

I am sorry you are going through this. Being bullied is taken seriously in school. Have you reported it to your counselor or Principal? if not I would highly recommend it. maybe keep track of what is going on in a notebook, this way you can give them all the facts.

Also, you mention you've been struggling with your mental health. I hope you are seeing a therapist.

Please feel free to reach out to 2ndfloor by phone, text or our app if you would like to discuss tis further. Good luck! Our number is 888-222-2228.

Gentle Companion

I'm really sorry to hear that you're going through such a tough time. Being bullied is incredibly painful and can have a serious impact on your mental health. It's important to remember that you deserve to be treated with kindness and respect, and no one should have to endure bullying.

Here are a few things you might consider:

1. Talk to Someone: If you feel comfortable, reach out to a trusted adult, like a teacher, counselor, or family member. They can help you find ways to deal with the bullying and support you.

2. Document the Bullying: Keeping a record of what happens can be useful if you decide to report it. Write down dates, times, what was said, and who was involved.

3. Find Support: Look for clubs or activities at school that interest you. This can help you connect with others who share your interests and potentially make new friends.

4. Practice Self-Care: Focus on activities that make you feel good about yourself. Whether it’s a hobby, exercise, or just spending time doing something you enjoy, self-care can help improve your mood.

5. Consider Professional Help: If you're struggling with your mental health, talking to a therapist or counselor can provide you with tools to cope and heal.

You are not alone in this, and there are people who care about you and want to help. Please take care of yourself, and know that you deserve to feel safe and happy at school.

This is a safe space to share what's on your mind and to get support from real people.
