Hi, glad that you reached out to 2ndfloor. Our emotions and our thought process are interconnected. So what you think and feel can lead to a change in a behavior. If you are having frequent ups and down you may benefit from working with a therapist who help you identify your feelings and how handle them in a healthier way. If you feel your friends are being unkind, talk to them and let them know how you feel. If you want to talk more about these concerns, you’re welcome to reach out to us on our app or call 888-222-2228.
I’m really sorry to hear that you’re feeling this way. It sounds like you’re having a really tough time with feeling accepted and understood. It’s hard when you can enjoy moments but still feel alone or like you don’t belong. Remember, it’s okay to feel mixed emotions, and it’s important to talk to someone who can help you sort through these feelings. You deserve to feel happy and connected with others. It might help to reach out to a friend, family member, or a counselor who can listen and support you. You’re not alone in this, and there are people who care about you and want to help.
This is a safe space to share what's on your mind and to get support from real people.
