Hello. It’s great that you have been getting better with your depression. However, it sounds like you would benefit from working with a therapist to help you with coping strategies ,specifically on how to communicate your thoughts and feelings. If you like to discuss more strategies please reach out in our or call 888-222-2228.
Hey there,
Thank you for sharing how you're feeling. It's great to hear that you've made progress over the past year and a half, but I completely understand that even when things seem better, there can still be difficult moments. It's okay to feel like you need to cry or scream; those feelings are valid.
Remember, it's important to express yourself and seek support when you need it. Whether it's talking to a friend, writing in a journal, or seeking professional help, you don't have to go through this alone.
This is a safe space to share what's on your mind and to get support from real people.
