What is wrong with me

I genuinely have no idea what my problem is, one second I'm balling my eyes out thinking about how I miss my ex and I hate the world and the next hour I'm laughing posting silly memes and I have no idea what I'm feeling. I cried and started laughing after it, I just have no idea what to do or what is wrong with me

There are no right or wrong feelings. If you recently broke up or still have feelings for your “ex” you may still be processing it. Right now just try and distract yourself and do activities with people who support you. If these feeling linger, you may want to work with a therapist who can help you identify your triggers, help you with emotional regulation, and learn strategies on how to deal with your feelings. It's okay to feel all those feelings! Sometimes, our emotions can be really mixed up, and that's totally normal. Maybe it helps to talk to someone, like a friend or a family member, about how you're feeling. It's like when you have a big bag of candy and you can't decide if you want chocolate or gummy bears—it's okay to have lots of different feelings at the same time! Just remember, it's okay to cry and laugh. You're not alone, and I'm here for you if you need to talk or just want to hang out and have some fun!
