Idk anymore

Im always tired I can never seem to sleep, I just want to be left alone not talked to but no one seems to do that. I genuinely don’t want to live anymore but I am really trying to hold on hold in and hold through for those i love i have a therapist I just don’t talk talk to her abt this I honestly quit js tell everyone I am better when we both know im not i quit trying to get help i just feel worthless and hopelessness

Sorry to hear that you are having a hard time right now. Maybe since sleep is the first thing you discuss, developing some healthy sleeping habits could benefit you. Things like going to bed and waking up at the same times every day, laying in bed and resting even if you aren't sleeping, no screens an hour before bedtime, etc. might help you with getting some sleep. As far as being left alone, that can be a nice problem to have because it means you have people in your life that care about you and you clearly love back. Having a therapist is great, but not using them to discuss your problems is not giving you 100% of the benefits you can get from therapy. Why not talk to them about your difficulties sleeping and in wanting to be left alone to see if you can develop some skills to improve them. Just to provide some information for you, you said you don't want to live but are holding on for people you love, if that ever changes you can call 988 or go to a crisis screening center for your own safety and it would likely be something that would be extremely beneficial to discuss with your therapist too since they would be in a position to help you deal with those emotions as well. Life is really tough with so many ups and downs. Try to just take everything a minute at a time and be kind to yourself. You deserve the best and maybe right now it’s not the greatest but better times could be right around the corner. You are not alone in feeling this way so many people struggle because life really can be a struggle. Keep reaching out to people and try to do things for yourself that will make you feel productive, maybe like writing your words down or trying to help someone else. If you really feel like you might hurt yourself get help right away. You don’t want to miss out on the good things in the future because of how you feel today. People love you and most importantly you should love you!
