Anxiety and depression

I have such bad anxiety. Everything I do I'm convinced someone is watching me and making fun of me. But my depression also tells me people don't know I truly exist and that it wouldn't be noticed if I was gone. I keep overthinking everything I do or say, what people I know truly think of me. I'm behind on school work and I'm too depressed to have any sort of motivation to want to do school work. I'm too depressed to even want to play video games or do anything but sleep but if I try to sleep I'm left alone to overthink in silence. I just feel so helpless due to all of this.

Managing anxiety and depression takes time and consistent effort. To cope with these challenges, I find it helpful to focus on lifestyle changes such as regular exercise, healthy eating, getting enough sleep, and strengthening my social connections. I also recommend seeking professional therapy to gain a better understanding of your thoughts and behaviors. Additionally, keeping a journal to express your thoughts and feelings can be beneficial. Consider talking to your school counselor and parents for extra support or maybe finding a tutor.

I'm really sorry to hear that you're feeling this way. It's important to talk to someone who can help you, such as a mental health professional. You don't have to go through this alone, and there are people who can support you and help you find ways to cope with what you're experiencing. Remember, reaching out for help is a sign of strength. There is no chance ever that people would not be devastated if you weren’t here. Life can be so hard sometimes but it can get better. Take one think at a time and maybe just making a dent in the school work you have will help your mind feel less overwhelmed. You are not alone just call or chat with 2ndfloor if you do have moments you feel alone and tell them what is going on in your head to help support you. Be proud of yourself for speaking out on this board about how you are feeling, it makes others like myself feel not alone.
