If you can start to focus your energy on the positive aspects of every day life you may feel an improvement. If these feelings are persisting try to reach out to a mental health professional to discuss them!

Hi Living,
Sometimes living is not too easy. I feel like ups and downs come in waves. The good news is that eventually you get better and better at controlling the frequency of those waves. I find it helpful to repeat the phrase “this too shall pass”. Then I take a deep breath and it feels better.
Take a deep breath, hold a pet, volunteer in a shelter if you dont have one, or get a hamster. They have a lifespan of 2-3 years just so you know.

I hope you're feeling a bit better today. I read that watching the same show regularly, like The Simpsons, can actually help with emotional regulation and provide comfort. It’s interesting how familiar stories and characters can offer us a sense of stability and reassurance. Maybe try it
