I'm really sorry to hear that you're feeling this way. It's important to talk to someone who can help you, such as a mental health professional or a trusted person in your life, glad to see you posted here. It’s awful to be consumed by eating or not eating, wondering why you can’t just live and not think about it. It’s like intrusive thoughts. Try to call or text someone when your brain goes there and maybe plan out your food the night before and try not to take an detours. Sending you lots of hugs
