make sure they’re active during the day to ensure your body is tired and needs rest. winding down before bed time can help like listening to relaxing music, taking a bath, or reading. if you’ve tried creating a routine and it doesn’t work, you might have to rule out other things - like a medical or physical condition and seeing a physician could help. feel free to respond or chat with us on the app if you need to discuss further.
I totally get where you're coming from! Mornings can be such a struggle, especially when you're feeling unmotivated. One thing that might help is creating a consistent sleep schedule. Try to go to bed and wake up at the same time every day, even on weekends. It might be hard at first, but your body will adjust over time. Also, consider winding down before bed—like putting away your phone and doing something relaxing, like reading or listening to music. It can really help you sleep better! In the mornings, try making a playlist of your favorite upbeat songs to get you in a good mood while getting ready; it can make a huge difference. And don't forget to start small—set little goals for yourself, like just getting out of bed or taking a quick shower. Once you accomplish those, it might motivate you to keep going. You've got this!
