Disordered Eating
I feel like I will never like my body no matter how hard I try. Juggling 3 sports, a small diet, and constantly working out has done nothing and I do not know what to do so please tips for losing weight would be nice 🥀🥀🥀
The first thing to consider would be what is a healthy weight for you. If you never like(d) your own body, you might not be the right person to decide that. So maybe you would benefit from discussing your health with your doctor. They would be able to tell you if you are in a position where you need to lose weight or if you have some type of distortion when it comes to seeing yourself. They would also be able to put you on a diet that is healthy for you whether you need to gain, lose or maintain your current weight. They might also be able to tell you if they think you have something further that might need additional help such as an eating disorder where all these things you are doing are making a difference but you might not be seeing it because you aren't seeing yourself as you are. In any event, eating healthy such as a lot of fruits, vegetables and lean meats while avoiding sugars and sweets is typically a good thing and playing sports and working out is good for staying in shape so keep those things up. Call or chat with us anytime to discuss further.
This is a safe space to share what's on your mind and to get support from real people.
