It’s Sunday night and I hate Mondays
Thanks for reaching out to 2ndfloor. A new week can feel intimidating or stressful, and individuals may worry about the issues they might face on Monday. This may resulting in Sunday night stress or blues. It is often referred to anticipatory anxiety as you worry about something that may or may not happen. Perhaps planning during the week so you do not leave all your to do lists for Sunday night, planning something fun on Sundays to get your mind off of Monday, or planning a fun midweek activity may give you something positive to look forward to. You may want to try some relaxation techniques such as breathing, listening to music, meditation, or yoga to help you relax.
