I try so hard to have good habits that I know I need to be successful. I want to drink 6 cups of water a day and try to have 10,000 steps on my watch, try to get enough sleep. Something always gets in the way and before I know it time has run out for the day. Feels like I’m always trying without success.
hi there thanks for reaching out to 2ndfloor - it’s definitely hard to create and stick to a routine like that. try and be kinder to yourself and try
to do the best you can- for example if you drink 4 cups of water and do half the steps one day you still made an effort to be a healthy you.life happens and if everyday looks different it’s okay! it sounds like your goal is to stay hydrated and be healthy and as long as you’re making some sort of progress(doesn’t have to be exact) you’re on a good path! you can reply here or reach out to us via the app to discuss further if needed!
