One of my manager, she don't like me.
As long as everyone in a workplace is treated with respect, not everyone has to like one another. If you feel you are being treated unfairly you can go to the HE department and understand your options I you can speak with your manager. You can ask to talk to the Sanger and inquire as to maybe what you can do to improve the relationship or communication between the two of you. if you choose to speak with the manager it’s important not to blame people for things, use inappropriate language, etc. stay calm and focused on the goal, prepare for the talk and even maybe take notes! Good luck.
Maybe she doesn’t, maybe she does. Maybe, she is overworked and stressed out. Ask her what else can you do to help her once in a while. Sometimes, treating others with kindness needs to begin with us. Set the example, and the right ones will follow. “Your Tribe”
